We’re gonna discuss why waking up early isn’t the secret to success.
Why Doesn’t Waking Up Early Mean Success?
Waking up early doesn’t mean success automatically because it comes from your overall focus, work quality, and health. Not the hour on your clock.
Chronotypes in Daily Life
One of the unique things about people is that they’re all wired differently. Some are similar in nature, but when it comes to productivity we’re all different there.
Think of how we’re able to get different shifts when we first started working traditional jobs. Thankfully we got the option for the most part to at least pick our range of service.

It’s important to keep this in mind because being aware of when you work best becomes something that serves you in the immediate moment and later on down the road if you choose to transition elsewhere with the work you do.
Having awareness in this area will at the very least allow you to plan your 24 hours around what matters most for you and your plans with being successful. Doing so will allow you to understand what it truly means to focus.
Biological Clocks Versus Digital Clocks
Getting more in tune with your biological clock is your first of 2 options when having time play a factor in the success you see. It works where you have a feel for what your body is actually telling you.
So if you’re tired you listen to your body and choose to not force any work out because you’re aware of how you actually feel. It’s a luxury really. Not many people get the option to choose when they can get busy.
At the same time it’s also really difficult to master because it requires a type of discipline that others restricted to other schedules don’t go through. The digital clock can be another option to master success in relation to time.
This is living through an alarm clock. You’re still having to go through discipline because it’s commitment you absolutely have to see through if you want results.
I think this form of success mastery works extremely well with those that consider the military or have had some type of training in this area.
Owl or Lark?
You have to ask yourself eventually if you’re the owl or the lark in life. What do we know about them to have this apply best? First is that owls are nocturnal creatures.
That means they’re on time schedules that get most active during the evening until the morning. Deciding to be an owl is committing to a less than traditional lifestyle. I’d say it’s not something you start off with when learning what it means to work.
You really don’t get this introduction to careers that allow this until you’re at least considered a young adult with higher than average privileges.
I’d actually say that this aligns better with previous messages on staying focused when producing music at home. It’s just so much that you’re able to do when you can blend the lines between professional and casual work.
There’s so much that comes with this lifestyle and it’s actually fairly new of opportunities that got brought to this life because what behavior that was tied to typically a morning job ( meaning public speaking and other social meetings) changed once influencer culture became a thing.
That actually brings me to the lark that’s also mentioned. This type of person has to be a morning person and has pretty typical work options.
That’s because they’re usually doing things that could only be done in the morning like delivering the newspaper or teaching classes at their local school.
There’s just some things that could only be done in the morning and people that are committed to these professions understand that they have to become morning people in order to have success here.
5 Things To Make You More Successful
These are 5 things that I would recommend anybody to direct attention towards if they care to be more successful in life.
Overall Focus: Your overall focus plays a role in success because it’s your gauge for how long you can apply attention to a situation. There’s people all over the world that vary in terms of ability to remain focused on a specific activity or goal.
Sometimes they’re conditioned to where they can focus on the long term and others only on short term projects.
Work Quality: Here’s an opportunity to really go in since quality plays a role in the development of this brand called EQ Heat!
Work quality is specially important because it’s one of the sole things that your business’s reputation is judged on.
When you’re seeking feedback on things like customer satisfaction with the work you do, your quality without a doubt is one of the absolute deal makers or breakers when someone decides to do business with you again.
Do they like what you presented to them? Does what you did translate well when it’s time to share your legacy? These are just a couple things to consider when
Health: Focusing on your health is yet another part of success that should be obvious but it’s not for many still. Have you ever heard of the term Health is Wealth? It applies here!
Documentation: Being able to document your experiences and works is a skill and should be acknowledged as such.
It’s something that could make you successful because we’re in a period of time where having proof of everything you’re claiming to do or have done leads to great things for you later on in the future.
It’s probably best categorized as Content Culture. This explains why so many people are more quick to pull out their cameras and phones to record something instead of taking action to directly influence the situation.
They’re hoping for content and monetization ultimately gets seen as the success they wanna chase.
Ethics: Shaping and sculpting your ethics is another thing that contributes to your success. Eyeing the pursuit of being a more ethical person leads to success because it’s a prerequisite for most things in life that bring positivity.
These 5 areas of life will only work if you stay consistent in your commitment towards getting better in them as far as success is concerned.
