Rocky 4 Soundtrack
The Rocky 4 Soundtrack might just be my favorite movie soundtrack of all time.
Demon
Demon is a song by the late and great King Von. It’s one of my favorite storytelling songs ever.
It could be found on his album Welcome To O Block.
B.O.A.T.
Based On A True Story is what this acronym stands for.
It’s one of the few hip hop albums that I could remember buying and playing countless times in high school.
There’s several tracks on it that were bonafide hits. At least to me.
Spend Dat by Yung Miami
The title says it all, but there’s more that has to be said. I’m personally proud of myself for doing my part in helping bring a little more shine to a record that’s been shaping up to be a contender for song of the summer this 2026.
GNX
Here we are with another West Coast Classic. There’s gonna be too many arguments that I’m foreseeing if I say an All Around Classic. But GNX is just a solid body of work from top to bottom. It just appeared unexpectedly in a late December, so in a way it felt like an early Christmas Present for 2024.
