It’s more than focusing on your body language or posture here. All of that helps, but surprisingly enough, a majority of your professional appearance is actually through what you say! Add in the fact that tons of business is conducted online, and suddenly that becomes the reality for a large portion of the world.

You can count on having this advantage to be able to deliver in providing a consistent form of communication. There’s a large amount of even professionals that prefer to communicate through DMs on social media and things like that, but there’s nothing like having a traditional route that helps you stand out among the crowd (which is the case in this new era of business being sculpted).
